The conference will take place in the Manor of Mejer - the Recreation and Education Centre of Bialystok Technical University in Holny Mejera.
The village Holny Mejera situated near the border crossing Ogrodniki-Lazdijai with Lithuania,
on the lakeside of Holny Lake. There was the wooden manor house structured in 1790-1805 here.
It was damaged during military operations of 1944-1945 and reconstrutced as stoned at 1977-1985.
There is the historic park from XIX century surronding the manor. Address:
