The conference will take place in the Manor of Mejer - the Recreation and Education Centre of Bialystok Technical University in Holny Mejera. One conference day, September 8, will be spended in Vilnius - the capital of Lithuania. Vilnius in Wikipedia The village Holny Mejera situated near the border crossing Ogrodniki-Lazdijai with Lithuania,
on the lakeside of Holny Lake. There was the wooden manor house structured in 1790-1805 here.
It was damaged during military operations of 1944-1945 and reconstrutced as stoned at 1977-1985.
